Bill DeBoeur from Brown Dog Catering will be creating four different chili recipes which we will pair with a large flight of wine. Make your reservation today! Cost is $35. Reservations are available from 11:30-3:30pm for a 1 1/2 hour seating. The pairings are as follows:

Vegetarian Chili with Cheddar Cheese, paired with Chardonnay
White Chicken Chili with Tortilla Strips, pair with LV Rose
Mexican Pasole with Pork & Chilies, paired with Cabernet Franc
Classic Beef Chili with Bacon, paired with NM Red
